Our story

A tiny bakery with an early alarm.

We mix at night, shape before sunrise, and open when the first trays are ready. The menu stays short so the line can move and the bread can stay good.

Whole pies and large orders need 48 hours. Everything else belongs to whoever gets here first.

Saturday rule: coffee in one hand, pastry in the other.
